When you find yourself in windy conditions and the seas are choppy, it is a challenge to make a reef. Presently straps are used to thread through the eye in the sail to make a reef. This process is difficult and cumbersome. It is not an easy task to tie knots and adjust the straps with this method. |

| The REEF MAKER is easy to use. You simply run the line end through one of the reefing grommets and pull the line through the jam cleat at the other end. To undo, uncleat the line and pull it out of the grommets the way you would any other line. No need for knots for a perfect fit. | |
